This page is provided to all members as a courtesy to list their property listings.  Please note that the Association is NOT a party to any purchase agreement.  Accordingly, the Board and its agents such as management, staff and/or committees may NOT answer any questions related to property listings nor can we provide listing details, including the list price.  Please contact the seller and/or listing agent for more information.    

Management is responsible for providing resale disclosures.  To request a resale disclosure in connection with a purchase agreement, please contact Taylor Monack, Office Manager at tmonack@westport-mn.com).  

It is important to note that this list is NOT all inclusive. It only includes shares owned by people who have opted in to have them listed here.

If you would like to have your share for sale listed here, please send an email to WebAdmin@ClamshellBeachResortMN.com with the name of your cabin, the share you are selling, your contact names, and how to contact you by providing your email address, phone number to call or text, or both. When you have sold your share or wish to have it removed from this page, send an email to WebAdmin@ClamshellBeachResortMN.com and ask for it to be removed.

It is important that sellers carefully review any real estate listings for accuracy and be aware that buyers can bring claims against a seller should they rely upon inaccurate information as it relates to the property including the Association.
